We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool and even a discovery center. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the sunset kopje. We took a hike up to the kopje and were able to witness the most incredible sunset. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. our experience here was exceptional.

The location is immersed in nature, providing a true safari experience where animals do roam around the compound. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the breakfast offers a good selection of dishes. the staff is generally attentive and friendly, always ready to assist guests. the pool and spa facilities are a nice addition to the resort.

The air conditioning system is very noisy and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful outdoor pool to the well-maintained common areas. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to nature, with hiking trails available nearby and wildlife frequently spotted around the hotel grounds.

Luxurious rooms, breathtaking views, delicious food, and friendly staff made my stay in the heart of the Serengeti unforgettable. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and stunning wildlife. I also appreciated the cultural activities offered that allowed me to learn more about the local Maasai community.

I was disappointed with the communication of the hotel staff. There seemed to be a lack of information about the activities offered and the transportation options when planning my daily itinerary. Additionally, some of the equipment, particularly the spa facilities, were not well-maintained and were outdated. These aspects left me feeling underwhelmed and a bit let down by what could have been an amazing experience.

Our room had exclusive amenities, including a private pool, that made our stay even more special. the service was exceptional, and the staff fulfilled all of our needs promptly. the Spa & wellness center was a great place to relax and unwind, and the outdoor swimming pool was beautifully maintained.

The only downside was the lack of healthy food options at the restaurant. While the menu had a wide selection of dishes, there weren't enough dishes that were healthy or locally sourced.

Had an incredible weekend with outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was exceptionally tasty and enjoyed the fact that they offered complimentary breakfast and lunch boxes. The location was perfect as it allowed us to get close to nature and explore the wildlife in the area. Also loved the beautiful view from our room, which truly added to the whole experience.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with bambis and buffalos right outside. Dinner by the pool was a highlight - the tenderloin and risotto were fabulous, and the wine selection was impressive. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist. The spa massages were the best we've ever had. And the icing on the cake was the private anniversary dinner by the pool, a lovely surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience in the Serengeti.

The animal sightings were amazing and the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. the view of the watering hole from the infinity pool is truly breathtaking and the food was delicious.

There were a few bugs in the room and mosquitoes in the bathroom, which was a bit of a nuisance. it did not detract too much from the overall experience, which was unforgettable.
